early '60s Harmony model 306A guitar amplifier
 12" Jensen Special Design speaker with 220449 (49th week of 1964)
 Six tubes all RCA - (2) 12AX7, (1) 6SH7, (2) 6V6 & (1) 5Y3.
The control plate from left to right is as follows:
Channel 1 Volume & Tone plus Inputs 1 & 2,
Channel 2 Volume & Tone plus inputs 3 & 4,
Vibrato Speed & Modulation plus a footswitch jack

The power tube amplifier has : an output transformer (K-58459/6066143
small power transformer K-58054-2.
The schematic of the power amp says:
input for external speaker/balance/main input/tremold input/modulation input.
 two 6L6 (RCA, Raytheon), two 6V6 Conn, two 6V6 Marconi,
one 12AU7 Westinghouse, one 7199 Westinghouse, one 7199 Daystrom.
The power supply has : a big power transformer (50841-1).
The shematic of it says: amplifier power, reverb, generator/blocking, sustain long.
 two 5U4, one 6DR7, one 6S4, one OC2.
